Exchanges
We offer a hassle-free, no-questions-asked exchange policy.
- Free Reverse Pickup: Enjoy a FREE reverse pickup service with zero shipping charges for exchange orders.
- Request an Exchange: Simply request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your item.
- One Exchange Per Order: Please note that only one exchange is allowed per order.

Returns
- 5-Day Return Window: You have 5 days from receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return Shipping: Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount for returned items.
- Reverse Pickup for Returns: We’ll arrange a reverse pickup for your return. A Rs. 200 charge applies for this service.
Once we receive the return, we’ll issue Store Credit for the amount of your order, minus the shipping charges. This credit can be used for any future purchases on our website.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale Items: Items purchased during event sales like Independence Sale, Rakhi Sale, Diwali Sale, etc., and gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Free Gifts: Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. For any returns, we provide Store Credit equal to the order amount minus shipping fees.
Prepaid Orders: Please note that prepaid orders cannot be canceled.
